DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
- *Pre-K will dismiss at 2:25pm from the front of the school (exiting from exit 1) -inclement weather -dismissal will be directly from exit 1
- *Kindergarten will dismiss from Exit 2 facing the Green Field at 2:25pm or from the early childhood wing weather permitting
- Grades 1-2 will dismiss at 2:30pm through exit # 2 which faces the Green Field and remains with school staff
- Grades 3-5 will dismiss at 2:30pm through exit # 3 near the school parking lot to walk home or be picked up by parents.
- Bussed scholars (SpEd) should be escorted to the cafeteria to await bus matron pick-up
- Bussed scholars (GenEd) should be sent to the cafeteria to await bus arrival.
All scholars in grades PreK-5 that are remaining should be left in the cafeteria at 2:40 PM with Ms. Davis. Ms. Davis will take the scholar/s to the Main Office and contact their parent/s. Parents will be required to sign the late-pick-up binder.
First Days of School Staggered Schedule
3-K and Pre-K September 2022
To support smooth transitions for our scholars and families, we will follow the schedule outlined below for the first days of school. This schedule will allow our families and students to become familiar with their classroom, their teacher, our staff and routines.
- You will be contacted by your child’s teacher on 9/6 or 9/7 with your group assignment.
- All guardians must show proof of vaccination to enter the school building
